EXCEL COUNTIF
The Countif is an Excel function to count cells in a range that meets specified criteria.

=Countif(range,criteria)
Arguments or Parameters:
range: a range of cells or an array.
criteria: specify the condition in which cells should be counted.
Objective: Find the count of Dell in cell I13.
