EXCEL COUNT FUNCTION
The
Count
is an Excel function to count the cell with number in a range or an array.
Syntax:
 =count(value1
,[value2],[value3],,
)
Arguments or Parameters:
value1:
First range to count the numeric value

[optional]: Second range to count the numeric value.
Note
:
Count function does not count the black cells
.
